I decided not to use Blog Talk Radio for podcasting as I felt the quality was not that great, and that if I needed to go over a minute or two, this was an issue.
I will note that I may be a little breathier than usual due to the fact I have been ill for most of the week. However, I think this is a good starting point. Most episodes will be 15 minutes and some special ones like interviews, presentations, or topics done with my friend Kimberly Castleberry, will be at the most, 30 minutes.
My opening and ending credits: TNT by AC/DC and Greg Mehochko put together both opening and ending.

Nice! I have never used podcasts. Are they an effective way of marketing?
Hm… you just opened a new whole world for me!
I liked the podcast! And yes, it is a lot easier to write about things that you love… you break that passion into little bits of info that you share with others. If you write about something that you don’t care about it will be pretty evident to the audience.
Thanks for your posts, I always enjoy them and LEARN from them.
You stole almost half the sentences i felt like commenting cynthia. When the thoughts are unorganized to post podcast does magic i guess.
This is really full of a lot of good advice for people starting out! I also had the decision of trying free hosting or not, but the idea that I would make decisions, like making my blog a comment/keywordLuv friendly do follow blog, and possibly have the whole blog taken away just because the free hosting company decided to make changes, helped me decide that it’s better to pay for hosting and know that your decisions can be carried through. However, i did start out with a free hosting system on wordpress which I kept while purchasing my own. You live and you learn.
nice tips for the new bloggers like me who dnt knw abut the blogging concept …there are many frnds who dnt knw abut blogging …i m going to share it with my frnds also thnx for this nice share

Some very good advice for the new bloggers, they should start implementing these advices. Planning is one very important factor which shouldn’t be taken lightly because blogging requires dedication, patience and investment as well and without proper planning strategies cannot be successfully executed.
A newbie blogger should definitely choose free hosting from Blogger, Tumblr etc. especially if it’s their first blog. I’ve found using a custom domain and Blogger’s free hosting works a charm! Keep up the good work 🙂
You can also do custom domains for WordPress.com accounts as well.
Podcast is something new to my since I haven’t use it yet. We’ll my advice to new bloggers is simply do it with a heart. Though it may sound simple but sometimes I failed to do that also.
I use only paid for web hosting. I have heard too many bad stories and results from free web hosting. I don’t want to lose all my content someday because my free host decides to shut down on me.
Thanks for such an important things.Podcast is new to me.I am really unknown to it.It seems to me it is helpful for every new blogger.I like your article very much.
Hi Nile,Thanks for the advice I am a newbie blogger, I will definitely follow your advice. Looking forward for more of such articles.
