For over two years, Blondish.net has been without WordPress specific topics. After careful deliberation over stats like traffic, keywords, and my brand in general, I decided to close WPAddict.net and move all the articles back over. I also consulted with a couple dear friends who are great marketing strategists before making this decision.
What sparked this was that I kept ranking high in WordPress topics, even though my posts were not primarily WordPress based on Blondish.net. I do mention WordPress, but in regards to blogging or applying specific tools. I even had old posts that I removed and put up at WPAddict still show up.
So, in a way, it was inevitable. I will still cover all the topics I covered at WPAddict, but over here at Blondish.net ๐
As a note:
Some of the posts that are not evergreen will not be posted up fresh, but tutorials, or anything that is not restricted to a particular date will be reposted fresh. While each are being re-posted, they will receive some cleanup on code just in case they have not been updated.
The purpose of this post was to give you all a heads up on the new additions… well, more like I brought back an old friend. ๐
Thank you for being patient with some of the changes I have already applied to the site in the past couple weeks. It has been a slow process as my client work normally comes before my “fun” work on my blog. I would love to hear what WordPress topics you would like me to cover here and I will try my best to make it happen.

Great post! I really found it useful where you stated that you kept ranking high in WordPress topics, even though your posts were not primarily WordPress based on Blondish.net.
I really like WordPress for many reasons including its ease of use.

It was mostly due to the fact that this site use to have WordPress topics. I had taken them down and then re-published them at WPAddict.net. However, during the 2 years that I did not have WordPress topics on Blondish.net, I still ranked high in those topics….lol
