The WPBeginner editorial team teaches How to Sell Digital Downloads on WordPress (Beginner’s Guide). This is great if you want to sell plugins, themes, music, or other media.
Colin Newcomer teaches about How to Optimize Cumulative Layout Shift on WordPress (CLS) – Core Web Vitals. This is super important when trying to speed up your WordPress site.
Janette Burhans shows us a way to Give Individual Posts a Unique Style with WordPress Custom Post Templates. She shows a way to do this with code, as well as with a plugin.
Tom Rankin over at CodeinWP teaches How to Install a WordPress Theme: A Guide for Beginners. He goes over what to consider before choosing a theme, how to find themes, as well as a couple methods on installing themes.
Rob Pugh over at the Jetpack team, teaches us How to Bulk Upload Files to WordPress via FTP. This is a great workaround if you need to upload a lot of media files, and it may not work well from your WordPress admin area.

Dan Soschin announced on the official WordPress.org blog that WordPress 6.0 Release Candidate 2 (RC2) Now Available for Testing. You can test it out and see how it runs.
Channing Ritter over at the Make WordPress Design team sums up that last few week’s project in Design Share: Apr 25–May 6.
Tom McFarlin discusses The Idea of Boxes for Multiple WordPress Projects in One Installation. Now, he’s not talking about WordPress multisite, so you may find this interesting to read.
Iain Poulson over at the Delicious Brains blog talks about SQL Query Optimization for Faster WordPress Sites. You’ll learn why you should look into this, how to find slow queries, and even fix them.
Eric Karkovack over at Speckyboy talks about How to Avoid Being Overwhelmed by Your Side Projects. Yeah, whether you’re a designer or developer, it’s super easy to get so focused following how deep the rabbit hole can go, when you’re doing side projects.
