I mentioned that last week I’d start a podcast in a separate post that was labeled #WordPressWedneday to accompany this roundup. Well, that was until I realized it was the week before the 4th of July.
It’s kind of sometimes that my family gets into. I grew up a military brat, and I kind of take the week to relax. So, I’m pushing the podcast debut to #WordPressWednesday next week. I apologize for my temporary insanity in forgetting what this week was for.
That being said, I’m not stopping the regular #WordPressWednesday roundup. Below are my picks from around the WordPress community that I hope you enjoy.

What slider do you think is better for a genesis child theme? I’m having trouble finding one.
Nile says
Hi Isabel! The Genesis Responsive Slider should be a really good slider. It’s basic, but does a great job and is made specifically for Genesis themes.
There are other sliders out there, but this is the only one I ever use on Genesis sites.

Some good news here.
Hooray for the upcoming Divi Builder. Divi is my favorite theme.but an issue was changing themes and losing the formatting provided by the theme. Using a plugin instead will stop this happening.

The auto feature image looks good but you’d have to buy the Pro version so that you can use your own images and not just the few provided.
