Where to Find Blog Post Ideas

By Nile Flores 4 Comments

Finding blog post ideas is not difficult. Seeded Buzz wrote an article called Blog post ideas that prevent writer’s block, which covered the fact that they noticed 1600 people a month were searching with the keywords “blog post ideas.”

Although, for some sites, this is not a significant amount. For others, it might actually work out well for their site, especially if you are a site that helps bloggers improve. Finding ideas is very easy and can be found anywhere.

You have an opinion about some things, right? Well, if it is relevant to your blog and you believe your readers would be interested, this would be the opportunity to share that article while also sharing your own opinion. This is not just for articles, but also art, videos, forum conversations, and other media.

Like art, inspiration can be found anywhere and applied in some form.

Although a lot of people worry about originality, this is not the case if you have more to say on a issue that could be said better in a blog entry, rather than fill up another site’s comment stream. In fact, it is a way to carry on the conversation and even attract people to your site.

Where do you find blog post ideas?

I've seen some posts about Post Ideas. If you ask me I would suggest to participate in related actions. When I feel that I don't have anything to write about, I start reading other's blog posts and start commenting. After having some interaction I find sufficient content for my post. Similarly I find from blogEngage, Bloggers and similar type of networks, when I comment and vote there, something sparkles my mind and sit to write a new post.

    Hi Nile

It may sound obvious but what about yahoo answers? In many instances there are questions that really go unanswered or the replies are pretty thin and without substance. I use this quite often for that extra bit of inspiration. Also, using yahoo news and google news is great for getting on the fly blog post ideas:)

If you want to get ideas on current issues you can’t go wrong with Google News. I use it as a base for quite a bit of my blog writing

Nice Topic Nile. Well, i think what should be the idea of blog post or how to get blog post idea will depends on blog nature. For example, if the blog relates to current affair of politics then one needs to keep him/her self in contact with the political environment by direct contacts, newspapers etc… And or if the blog relates to personal activities, he/she just needs to take care of don’t miss any single activity that can get the form of blog post.
