For those tired of not finding an active enough forum or want to try another one, I recommend Snark Forums. There are a variety of topics that the group contains and plenty of people to meet.
Some of the members there are extremely helpful and very savvy when it comes to being a code ninja, especially when designing your website. They will tell you how it is when it comes to design and I will have to say that I have learned a little by advice and reviews from some of the members at Snark Forums, previous to being a member at the community.
Anyway, since I recently joined the group, I have been enjoying it there and have felt quite welcomed. I recommend trying Snark Forums.
