Darren Rowse discusses Giving Underperforming Posts a Second Chance with Updates. He’s spot on with this because sometimes it may be the time you published and promoted the article, that it didn’t get much traction, or it could be that the article needs extra oomph in content.

Anna Sonnenberg over at Social Media Examiner shares Instagram Video Ad Changes Marketers Need to Know. If you do video content on Instagram, then this may be of help to you.
Andrew Hutchinson, over at Social Media Today, informs us about Facebook’s Removing a Range of Location Tracking Tools as Data Regulations Continue to Evolve. This is super important to know in case you use the tools involved, that are going away.
Prakash Rawat, over at The Social Media Hat talks about how to Leverage the Power of Social Media For Your Next Virtual Event. If you’ve been wanting to hold a webinar, this article has some handy tips on how to get people on social media interested.
Sabrina Schmidt, over at Blog2Social wrote up a nice guide on How to Save Time on Your Social Media Marketing. Promoting your content on your social media channels can take time, so her tips may help reduce that time, so you can focus on other things.

Brian Dean at Backlinko shares a case study on How I Built 5,660 Backlinks in 30 Days. This study is filled with great data and some food for thought that maybe you can apply to your own backlink strategy.
Marieke van de Rakt over at Yoast shares Link building from a holistic SEO perspective. Not gonna lie, but I always enjoy the Yoast Team’s approach to SEO.
Lauren Fox over at Moz shares 12 Actionable Steps to Drive Newsletter Growth with SEO Content. If you have a newsletter, and want to grow your list, then these tips may be handy.
Barry Schwartz over at Search Engine Land informs us about Google removing support for some video and image sitemap extension tags. Like Notorius BIG says – “If you don’t know now you know.”

Lyn over at Design Bombs put together a list on What is Lorem Ispum? 18 Plain & Hysterical Lorem Ipsum Generators for 2022. If you’re looking for alternative Lorem Ipsum or dummie text generators for your web design projects, then you’ll find plenty of choices in this article.
Carrie Cousins discusses Tips on Using White Backgrounds in Website Design. As white backgrounds have become a trend for a lot of web sites, it’s created this dismal hole in attractive and eye catching web design. I like this article because I encourage people to venture out of this trend and try some of what is said in this post. Definitely give it a read.
