Another Monday has come, and so I’ve put together another #MondayMashup event.
Anyone just tuning into Blondish.net for the first time are probably wondering what #MondayMashup is. It’s not Twitter event. I just like to put a special hashtag and name for some of my more frequent events. The #MondayMashup event is intended each week to feature around a dozen of the most recent and best articles from the following niche: blogging, social media, SEO, and web design.
Why those niche? Well, I cover those same niche here, but sometimes I like to showcase others. It’s also a way for those with little time, to have a taste of what’s going on without missing too much.
I have to admit that this week’s picks were quite lopsided. There were a ton of good social media related articles. Also, there were a lot of articles that kind of bridged across blogging and social media, so I really had to do a good dig for something on the SEO end. I don’t mind sharing social media topics, but I only share so many links in my weekly #MondayMashup roundup, so had to juggle. I actually had to skip some of my usual spots that were oddly not writing their normal topics.

I love your collection Nile, wish you added more categories
Nile says
Hi Vera! I don’t have more categories because I only cover what is relevant to my website. If I added more categories that didn’t match with my site, then it would hurt my site rather than help it.
Wade Harman says
Thank you so much for including me in this awesome list of articles Nile! Your site has always been a great site for me to come get great info from!
Nile says
Thanks Wade! I’m just trying to cover as many great articles around the blogosphere that I can… Keep writing them and you’ll be linked more. 😀

Where do I like to hang out to get my news on blogging, social Media, SEO, and web design?
For the WordPress.com community I follow blogs in the Reader. One of the unexpected finds is the talks from various Wordcamps on WordPress.tv – with all kinds of topics for self-hosted WP sites.
For other things I use a daily feed to my RSS reader.
I like your mashup. I’ve put it on my calendar 🙂

Thanks David! Hope you put my WordPress section in your reader. I love to write on WordPress topics. 🙂
David Bennett says
I’ve added your WordPress posts to my Reader and signed up to get email notifications of posts 🙂
