#DiggingThursdays is still pretty new, but since we had only a few participants, after this recap, I wanted to touch up why social bookmarking on sites like Digg helps your website.
In order to participate for #DiggingThursdays, you only have to post your most recent Digg submission article from your website on the Facebook fan page of Nile Flores. I may extend that to allow you to share your most favorite post you recent read, or perhaps a friend’s post. It helps and because social bookmarking promotes community, I think it is an appropriate revisement of the event.
Here is the #DiggingThursdays Roundup Recap for December 9, 2010.
- Facebook Profile Pages gets a Revamp by Mani Viswanathan
- Pre-Announcement for T.E.A.M. Ebook Giveaway Series by Kimberly Castleberry
What do you think about #DiggingThursdays allowing you to promote your favorite Digg submission aside from your own site’s submission to Digg? Any other suggestions?
